About us

We are Martin (greatly over 21), Lorna (also well over 21) and Abigail (12). We have recently left the UK to start a new life in France in La Maison du Cadran Solaire, our new Chambre d'Hotes in Mazamet. We live in a large house that is welcoming, friendly and family orientated, which we share with our cats. We enjoy the company of our visitors and look forward to renewing old friendships and making new friends. We are a non smoking household but those whose must are welcome to go into the garden!

We have had over 25 years experience in education and running a homebased business supplying jams, chutneys, cakes and a variety of other high quality foods.

Friends old, new and yet to be are very welcome to spend a relaxed time in our home and garden enjoying company or solitude as they see fit.
